Sandpiper Village is a community of 128 condominium units consisting of 4 buildings with 32 units in each building. Each building has a beautiful common lobby and wide hallways on each floor. Access to each floor is by elevator or stairway. All buildings are equipped with specific access codes. The grounds are well manicured and are beautiful to see.
Sandpiper Village Condominium Board of Directors is an elected board of residents. The resident must be in good standing in the Sandpiper community. The board enforces governing documents, maintains value of property, conducts board and annual meetings, sets goals for the association and maintains association’s financial stability. The board meets every third Monday at 2:00 pm in Summerland Hall. All meetings are open to our residents.

Garbage- Compactor for garbage is in enclosed building at entrance of Sandpiper Village
Recycle- Containers are behind building that houses the dumpster.
Mailboxes at Sandpiper Village
The mailbox structure and area are common property, but the individual mailboxes are the owner's responsibility. If a lock on a mailbox fails, it is the owner's responsibility to repair it.
Parking in Sandpiper Village
Units located within Sandpiper Village shall not have more than 2 vehicles associated with each unit and may park on a first-come, first-served basis; however, one vehicle may park in the covered parking area and vehicles must display a covered parking permit in these areas. The second vehicle, if any, must be parked in the open areas. Golf carts are not allowed at Sandpiper Village. Motorcycles count as 1 of the 2 vehicles allowed.
