Community Association Manager
Darren Wright, LCAM
Darren is an award-winning Licensed Community Association Manager with over 10 years of experience managing high-rise, oceanfront, and luxury condominium communities in the Jacksonville area. Most recently, he managed Seascape of Jacksonville Beach, where he oversaw a $6.5 million restoration project and improvements to the property’s common areas.
He is known for strong communication, hands-on leadership, operational expertise, and financial stewardship. His experience includes construction and remediation projects, team management, building system modernization, budgeting, reserve planning, and cost-saving initiatives. Darren has received multiple FirstService Residential awards, including Community Association of the Year, Team of the Year, and Rookie of the Year. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Florida.

Cheryl Otts, LCAM
Cheryl is an award-winning Licensed Community Association Manager for 3 years at the Sweetwater Development with a focus on Managing Sandpiper, Tides and Tides II Condominium Associations. She has been with First Service for 6 years with experience working at two other Condominiums in Jacksonville and at the FSR Corporate Office. She is recognized as being someone who is customer service focused, professional, success driven, advisor to the boards, trustworthy, and a focused steward of the daily operations of property manage. A team player and has worked in a managerial role during her career in property management and in the Hotel Industry -CA and FL.
Cheryl has received several FirstService Awards: Presidential Award, Aim High, Admin Professional of the Year, Admin of the Qtr, Above & Beyond and Star-Award for completing the 12-Month Firstpath Management Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing with a minor in merchandising from California State University Fresno. President of the American Marketing Association CSUF Chapter and Business Director of the Year Award.
