| GATHERING ROOM | The Gathering room is where we host most events and meetings at Summerland Hall |
| ARTS & CRAFTS ROOM | The Arts & Crafts room is set up for smaller meetings, specialty chartered clubs or interest groups. |
| BILLIARDS ROOM | We have 2 billiards tables, gaming tables and darts available in this room at the clubhouse. Games are on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| LOUNGE | Our lounge is a cozy, living room setting where smaller meetings, gatherings or block parties are held. There is a TV, gaming tables, comfortable seating and a piano. |
| BUSINESS CENTER/LIBRARY | The Business Center/Library is where residents can use computers and printers at their leisure. The library provides a variety of books, magazines and audio books. Based on an honor system, Residents can both check out and leave books for others to enjoy. |
| FITNESS CENTER | Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center is equipped with Techno Gym and Paramount machines and equipment and Troy free weights and barbells. |
| MOVEMENT STUDIO |
This is where we host our Group Fitness classes. We have a wide variety of classes: Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Interval Tone, Zumba and more. These classes are both resident and instructor lead.

| LOCKER ROOM/SHOWERS | We provide restrooms, a locker room, changing room and showers for our residents and their guests to utilize. |
| INDOOR LAP POOL & SPA | Our indoor pool is equipped with swim lanes and dividers for resident to enjoy. We also host Aquatic aerobics classes and certain Clubs use the indoor pool for play, ex: Water Volleyball. The spa is also located indoors. We ask that all residents and guests using this amenity wear the proper attire and adhere to the posted rules. |
| OUTDOOR POOL | Our outdoor pool is a beautiful resort-style zero-entry pool behind Summerland Hall. Residents and guests are invited to enjoy this area along with covered seating, lounge chairs, outdoor restrooms and access to our locker rooms. The table seating and lounge chairs are on a first-come, first-served basis. *UNLESS AN AGE RESTRICTION IS POSTED, children under the age of 19 are allowed to visit the outdoor pool and specific rooms in Summerland Hall between the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 pm daily, |
| VERANDA | The Veranda is a beautiful covered outdoor seating area located on the back side of Summerland Hall. The Veranda comes with tabled seating that overlooks the outdoor pool, bocce courts and gathering law. The table seating is on a first come, first served basis. |
| BOCCE COURTS | Summerland Hall offers 2 bocce courts with covered seating. You can check out equipment for play at the front desk. Games are on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| GATHERING LAWN | The Gathering Lawn is located next to the outdoor pool. You can utilize our available lawn games: corn-hole, ladder ball, etc. or bring your own games to enjoy. |
| COURTYARD | The Courtyard is a beautiful open outdoor seating area located on the front side of Summerland Hall. The Courtyard comes with tables seating that overlooks the front pond and fountains. The table seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| PARTY PAVILLION | The Party Pavilion is equipped with table seating, restrooms, charcoal grills, a lawn area and swing for the drop-in use and enjoyment of residents, guests and family members on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. You are also able to host community or private events by submitting the proper paperwork. |
| TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURTS | The Tennis and Pickleball courts at Sweetwater by Del Webb are open daily from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm. The use of the courts is on a first-come, first-served basis unless previously reserved by a Chartered Club or Lifestyle Director. |
| WALKING PATHS | Our beautiful walking paths take you through the community's wooded preserves and feature bridges over water areas where residents may encounter wildlife. Residents enjoy walking or bicycling on the different pathways which are open dawn to dusk daily. |
