Carl DiSalvo, President
Born and raised in Pittsburgh PA. Served in the US Navy aboard the USS Meredith stationed at Mayport Naval Station. The area was such a great place to live, I decided to stay. My wife Linda and I moved to Sweetwater in 2006.
For the past two decades, I have worked in the Special Event industry as an executive project manager. I also serve on the Board of Jacksonville Marine Charteris and have volunteered with this organization for over 30 Years. |

Kay Moon, Treasurer
Born in Birmingham, AL but spent many years in Chattanooga and Franklin, TN before moving to Jacksonville in 2001. My husband, Bob Moon, and I moved to Sweetwater in 2014. We have three children and five grandchildren. Retired in 2017 after forty years as Senior Vice President/ Chief Operations Officer of a large Corporate Credit Union. Appointed to the Master Finance Advisory Committee in April 2017 and was selected as the Chair of the committee in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Elected to the Master Board of Directors in October 2021. I am a member of the Pickleball Club, Social Club, Italian American Club, Water Volleyball Club and participate in Trivia and many of the other great events in the community. |

I have been a resident of Sweetwater since 2018. Shortly after moving in I joined the Master Finance Committee and served on it until October 2022. I also served on CR&R for three years, until October 2022.
I enjoy the amenities Sweetwater has to offer. I take advantage of the Fitness Program, attending the events our Lifestyle Director coordinates, the Social Committee and Clubs arrange for us. I enjoy the competition playing Pickle Ball and meeting other residents who are very competitive. Thursday night Happy Hour is something I look forward to, sipping wine, laughing with friends and having fun.

My name is Charles Stein and I have lived on Little Swift Circle for 4+ years.
My work experience is as follows; 4 years in the US Navy as an Engineer, 15 years as a US Federal Government independent contractor dealing with the needs of the military overseas, 2 years as a Steam Engineer working for Pacific Energies operating a District Heating and Cooling Plant and 25 years as an Engineer for Sony Electronics operating their HVAC and Hot Water Plant supervising contractors.
I have served on the Master and Tides P&G Committees for 2 years, as the Master P&G Vice Chairman for 6 months, Master Architectural Review Board for 1 year, the Tides Board of Directors for 2 years and now as Tides Board of Directors President and Master Board of Directors Tides Representative.
