The Mission of the Website Committee:
The Committee is created for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the designed Sweetwater website in accordance with Florida State requirements for Associations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the website
- Provide training through tutorials and in person sessions for:
- The Management Personnel
- Sweetwater's Club Members
- Sweetwater's Committee Members
- Sweetwater's Homeowners
- Assign appropriate permissions for access to the website
- Assign roles and responsibilities for keeping the website up to date
- Determine a schedule for backing up website data
- Develop and maintain User access list to the website for the Administrative Staff, Board, Advisory Committees and Social Clubs
